Not so fast my friend! The Wildcats of Arizona hold the edge here over the Hawks and will shut down Iowa's National Championship hopes, albeit completely false hopes from black and gold goggle wearing, corn shucking, John Deere riding, fat bottom girl loving, Busche Light drinking hicks! The talk this year is the Big 10 and BCS title hopes run through Iowa City with Penn State, Ohio State and Wisconsin all visiting Kinnick Stadium. Well, I'm here to tell you that Arizona should be given much more consideration by Herky and his alcoholic fan base. Nick Foles and co. will shred the Hawks' overrated defense on Saturday night and their revamped defense will slow down an already challenged Iowa offense. Keep in mind Iowa had the 10th ranked offense last year in the Big 10 and this year will be no different. The Wildcats are gunning for the Pac 10 title this year after finishing 2nd last year and will use this game to catapault themselves into the national spotlight. With Vegas setting a line of Iowa -1.5 for this game, you already know they have Arizona's respect and with 80% of the bets coming in on the Hawks right now and it being the top late game of the evening (10pm start on the right coast), this looks to be the public bloodbath game of the week. Everyone will be piling on the Hawks after losing their Nebraska, Texas, Bama, and USC wagers. Wait this one out folks and see if ol Joe Public don't drive this baby up to +3 by kickoff.
Now it's time for my stat of the day. Since 1987, the Hawkeyes are 0-6 when traveling West of the Rockies. Look for Arizona to keep that streak alive and make it 0-7. Back to you Chris.
Love it Corso! I hate you on TV and think you are a moron, but you are definitely on the right track here. The sharps sure hit Zona hard about an hour ago pushing them out to a fave now!! I'll tell you one thing right now...they must love this game with all of the public action coming in on Iowa. They didn't even wait till the public drove it up higher. Zona 27 Iowa 20
Coach K, this is why you are an amateur and I am a professional. Pulling stats from 1987? Guess what, none of these Iowa players were even born in 1987. Stick to handicapping WBNA games rookie beooooooootch.

ReplyDeleteHuh? I mentioned nothing about 1987. You should head over to www.sportsmoneymanagers.com and check out a real handicapping site.
