I hope all of you have enjoyed the ride through June because regardless of how tonight ends up we are going to be up BIG!! Going into the last day of the month we are sitting at 64-40-2 +36.19 units since June 1st! After getting a feel of where the market is sitting after last night I'm going to open in up a bit here today and see if we can't get above the 40 unit mark for the month of June. Good Luck!!
