All I can say is that is not the way I had hoped to kick off the tourney. Just a horrible play on my part taking the Illini as a 4*. The numbers lined up and the matchups were there, but in the end it was just a bad play on my part. Our 4 day winning streak came to an end last night but I really feel we will get back on track today. From what I heard, Vegas took a beating yesterday by the public. If that tells me anything at all it means that we are in good shape for the rest of the tourney because the public rarely knocks out Vegas this time of year. Just like yesterday I will be releasing plays throughout the day so make sure to check back. Good Luck!

Guys we are going to try and set up a middle opportunity for tomorrow in the LSU/NC game. I am going to lay 2* on the over 155 right now. I definitely see this number climbing once the public jumps on it. Then tomorrow we will look to lay 2* on the under if the middle is big enough and risk 0.4 units to win 4.
ReplyDeleteThere was a middle opportunity for us in the Pitt/ETSU game as well but I passed and will let my ETSU play ride. Pitt was -13 at the half making them -16 for the game. We could have played it and hoped for a 17-20pt Pitt victory for the middle. It would have also acted as a hedge play if Pitt ends up covering the original line.
Correction, that should be 0.2 units to win 4 for our middle set up on tomorrow's LSU/NC game.

ReplyDeleteI think I've found a total that we can really jump on tonight. I went back over my numbers for the game and I'm seeing this thing land at 140 at least but more like 144. We are going to grab the Zona/Utah over 133.5 for a 5* BOMB and hope both teams can hit at least 67pts which I think they will. To be conservative I think this thing is Utah 70 Zona 67. On the high side I see this at 75-72. Hopefully we'll be on the high side and go over the total with about 3-4 minutes left in the game and watch Utah pull out a victory and cash both plays on the game.

Fellas, we are going to step out some more with our Wisconsin play and use them in a teaser with Wake Forest. FSU is just such a public darling right now and we are getting great value with the Badgers at +2.5. Cleveland St is another public favorite giving us good value on WF. I definitely see Wiscy winning this game as well as Wake Forest getting a W, but don't trust them to cover the full 7.5 even though I have them winning by 10.
