Last night was a disappointment with our 4* Evansville losing on a buzzer beater costing us a 8.8 unit swing. Instead of being +5.9 units we ended up dropping 2.9. But tonight we come back with a 5* play that I intend to take to the bank!

ReplyDeleteWe stayed on fire in the NBA cashing our 5* play on the Warriors and 3* on the under. We are now 11-3-1 on plays rated 2* or higher for +19.3 units in the NBA.
ReplyDeleteHowever, because of the college game we've hit 2 losing nights in a row with a loss of 2.6 units tonight, which takes us down -5.1 units overall. Again, we come so close to having a HUGE night but fall just short. St. Mary's banks in an off balanced 3 with under 20 secs to play and the Zags miss crucial FT's to miss a cover by 2pts. SEMO lost by 20, 1.5pts away from a cover and the NW/Illinois game misses by 0.5pts. 4 pts in 3 games cost us 8.8 units tonight. A bounce here and a bounce there and we come away up 14.2 units on the night!! Throw in USC going scoreless in the last minute of the game after being tied and Idaho covering all game till the last minute and again we were just a few bounces away. But like I said before...these things have a way of evening themselves out over time and we'll see the bounces in our favor soon enough.
Mr. Midwest....FYI and not that it matters but Pinnacle had the Zags -4 from 6:57pm MTN time till tip. 4 was everywhere early this morning/afternoon and 4.5 was available at most books all afternoon/evening. As for posting correct lines...UCLA was NEVER EVER at a pickem today anywhere. The line opened at UCLA -1 or 1.5.
