A Man-Child Amongst Pro-Bowlers – Pro Bowl Wrap-up

Larry Fitzgerald capped off his season the only way he knew how. Not only did he catch a 46-yard Hail Mary from Saints QB Drew Brees to end the fist half, he also caught the game winning TD with 4 minutes remaining.

After a week in Hawaii , the players finally got a chance to showcase their talent among their peers. It actually ended up being a great game (considering it was the Pro Bowl).

The AFC got up early as Peyton Manning hit Tony Gonzalez for a “Santonio Holmes-esk” catch in the end-zone. Both Gonzalez and Manning combine for 19 Pro-Bowls and should be considered the true Mayors of Hawaii.

After a 14-3 start to the game, Vikings RB, “All-Day” Peterson scored on a 10 yard jaunt to bring the NFC back into the game. After that, it was all Fitzgerald. He ended up with 5 catches for 81 yards as the NFC won the game, 30-21 and Fitz ended up with the game MVP and a new Cadillac.
